Notice of Public Hearing NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Benton City Planning Commission has scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 6:00 PM. During the meeting the Planning Commission will conduct an open-record public hearing regarding a Change of Zoning from the existing Public Reserve to (C-1) Commercial Zone. The property is located on 9th Street and is known as the "Old City Hall" Benton County Tax Parcel 118972020043020. All interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing. At the Planning Commission open record public hearing, comments may be made verbally or in writing. Following the public hearing, the Planning Commission will make a recommendation of approval or denial to the City Council based on Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law.
