Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. is the first of three public hearings to consider the Proposed Budget for fiscal year (FY) 2025/2026. Approval of the Final Budget was originally scheduled for May 22, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., but was postponed to July 24, 2025. The purpose of the hearings is to solicit public input on the Proposed Budget. As part of the Proposed Budget, the staff is recommending the Board of Directors adopt a Consumer Price Index increase of 3.84% to fees established for Section 313 of Rule 205 – Community Bank and Priority Reserve Bank, Rule 301 – Permit Fees (Stationary Source), Rule 304 – Plan Fees (For Naturally Occurring Asbestos and Application Fee – Rule 1005), Rule 306 – Air Toxics Fees, Rule 310 – Permit Fees (Agricultural Source), Rule 311 – Registration Fees for Agricultural Compression Ignition Engines, and Rule 350 – Greenhouse Gas Program Fees. All FY 2025/2026 fee adjustments reflect the rates established in the adopted rules. Comments may be directed to the Board of Directors at the public hearings or to the District office.
