CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Bradenton Planning Commission will meet in regular session on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers, 101 Old Main Street, Bradenton to consider the following items at a public hearing: 1. Final Order PLN-VAR-25-0002, Case Number PLN-VAR-25-0002: Request for Variance approval to allow for a 6-ft. high fence in the front yard and within 25-ft. of the right-of-way; for property located at 401 17th Ave West (Parcel ID 4493800159) in the R-2 (Medium Density Residential) zoning district. Resolution 25-67, Case PLN-SUP-24-0005: Request for a Special Use Permit to allow for a dock; for property located at 1720 Manatee Avenue West (Parcel ID 3370100004) in the UV (Urban Village) zoning district. All interested persons and parties may appear either in person and be heard or submit written comments regarding the above matter to the Planning and Community Development Director and they will be heard and considered.
