Public Notice Oak Grove Plantation has applied to the SC Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management, to reconfigure an existing private recreational dock, located at 42 Oak Grove Plantation Dr, into a community dock. Specifically, the applicant seeks to remove an existing 12' x 18' floating dock, 12' x 24' floating dock, and 12' x 30' floating dock and install a new 12' x 123' floating dock, accessed by an existing 4' x 28' ramp. Additional work includes maintenance work on the existing 4' x 265' walkway with handrails, 2' x 25' step out, and 18' x 22' fixed pierhead with 13' x 15' roof.
