CITY OF ROCK HILL ROCK HILL BOARD OF HISTORIC REVIEW NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PUBLIC MEETING The Rock Hill Board of Historic Review will hold a public hearing regarding the following items at their meeting on Thursday, July 10, 2025. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 155 Johnston Street, and will begin at 6:00 p.m. H-2025-03: Consider a Certificate of Appropriateness request for repairing front porch railings and balusters at 124 Reid Street by Candace Thompson. This property is part of the Reid Street/North Confederate Avenue Historic District Area. Tax Parcel 627-16-04-009. H-2025-04: Consider a Certificate of Appropriateness request to wrap a front porch square column at 353 Oakland Avenue by Elizabeth Colquhoun. This property is part of the Oakland Avenue Historic District Area. Tax Parcel 627-22-02-015. H-2025-05: Consider a Certificate of Appropriateness request to add an awning at 412, 418, 426 Oakland Avenue by Walker Stockley. This property is part of the Oakland Avenue Historic District Area. Tax Parcels 629-06-04-003 to -005. The Board of Historic Review will be the final reviewing authority for the City.
