ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Raleigh Housing Authority (RHA) Sealed Bid RFP: Roof Repairs/Replacements for RHA Public Housing Properties Pursuant to the General Statutes of North Carolina, Section 143-128 et. seq., sealed bids are invited and will be received by the Housing Authority of the City of Raleigh at the Authority's 2nd Floor Conference Room, 900 Haynes Street, Raleigh, NC 27604, until 3:00 p.m. on June 27, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Raleigh Housing Authority (RHA) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified roofing contractors for the replacement and/or urgent repairs of roofing systems at approximately 30 residential homes located within RHA's Scattered Site portfolio. These homes represent a portion of the 108 scattered site properties, with the potential for additional units requiring roofing work, subject to inspection and funding availability.
