Ordinance Summary: *A petition for vacating portions of North Utah Avenue and East Salt Lake Street, Lot 1, Block 18 of Frey's Addition to Pasco according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume "B" of plats at page 16, records of Franklin Co, Washington, has been submitted to the City by owners of more than two-thirds of the properties abutting the portion of the right-of-way to be vacated per Pasco Municipal Code (PMC). * This ordinance shall take full force and effect five (5) days after approval, passage and publications required by law.
