CITY OF PASCO SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 4772 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, VACATING A PORTION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG NORTH 4TH AVENUE. Ordinance Summary: *A petition for vacating a portion of North 4th Avenue, the South 250 Feet of that Portion of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 9 North, Range 30 East, W.M., lying west of North Fourth Avenue (Formerly State Highway No. 11), except the West 230 Feet of the South 150 Feet and except the West 248 Feet of the North 100 Feet of the South 250 Feet and except North Fifth Avenue (formerly Arthur Street), has been submitted to the City by owners of more than two-thirds of the properties abutting the portion of the right-of-way to be vacated per Pasco Municipal Code (PMC). * This ordinance shall take full force and effect five (5) days after approval, passage and publications required by law.
