Advertisement for Bids Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals endorsed "Pinehurst Given Memorial Library" will be received by the Village of Pinehurst, in Village Hall, 395 Magnolia Drive, Pinehurst, NC 28374, until 2:00 P.M., on July 22nd, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bids shall be reviewed by the Owner for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the Pinehurst Given Memorial Library. Bidders shall be advised of the results. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract. An open Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on July 9th, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. in Village Hall, 395 Magnolia Drive, Pinehurst, NC 28374. This meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms.
