ADVERTISEMENT Facilities Management Roofing Repair Services 2025-ITB-135 SCOPE OF WORK: The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to secure the services of a roofing contractor to perform miscellaneous skilled roofing installation, replacement, and repair work for the Facilities Management Department. *The Contractor is responsible for any specialty or other permits required for each workorder and shall include such fees in their bid. PROJECT ESTIMATE: The initial contract amount is estimated to be $400,000.00, not including WA State Sales Tax; the County reserves the right to add funds as needed throughout the duration of the contract. COMPLETION TIME: The Initial Contract Period of Performance will be one (1) year, commencing from the date of the Notice to Proceed, with the option to renew for an additional year. Total contract time is Not to Exceed Two (2) Years. BID DUE DATE/TIME: Bids must be submitted via the Pierce County OpenGov Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/ and will be received until 1:00 P.M. PDT/PST, 7/9/2025. BID SECURITY: A 5% bid bond must accompany all bids, and a 100% payment and performance bond will be required from the successful bidder.
