FY 2025-2028 TIP amendment In compliance with federal regulations 23 CFR 450, the Mississippi Gulf Coast Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is seeking the public's input on proposed amendments to the FY 2025-2028 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The TIP is a document that provides a list of projects to be initiated within a four-year period. The TIP only includes projects for which funding has been identified or anticipated. Public comments on the proposed amendments can be emailed to kyarrow@grpc.com or mailed to 1635 Popps Ferry Road, Suite G, Biloxi MS, 39532 before June 29, 2025. The TIP project amendments include the addition of construction projects for the City of Pascagoula – Chicot Street @ Ingalls Avenue Intersection - $960,000 federal, $1,200,000 total. City of Pascagoula – Chicot Street @ Old Mobile Highway Intersection - $720,000 federal, $900,000 total. Hancock County – Kiln Delisle Road & Kapalama Drive Intersection - $640,000 federal, $800,000 total. City of Biloxi - a traffic study of the Pass Rd./Beauvoir Rd./Nelson Rd.
