REQUEST FOR BIDS AMADOR COUNTY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOOD SERVICE PAPER PRODUCTS Notice is hereby given that the Amador County Unified School District (ACUSD) Food Service Department is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the supply of a comprehensive range of Paper Products for the 2025-26 school year (August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2026). Proposal may be obtained on our District's website at www.amadorcoe.org/bids Issuance Date: June 12, 2025 Bid Submission Deadline: July 7, 2025, 4:00 PM PDT Bid Opening: July 8, 2025, 10:00 AM PDT Bids must be presented to Amador County Unified School District in a sealed envelope clearly marked "RFB: Food Service Paper Products - ACUSD Food Service Department - 2025-26" and delivered to: Amador County Unified School District Food Service Department Attn: Mike Pingree 217 Rex Ave Jackson, CA 95642 Electronic submissions are also accepted via email: Michael.Pingree@acusd.org Subject Line: RFB - SY25-26 Food Service Paper Products All questions regarding this RFB must be submitted in writing via email to Michael.Pingree@acusd.org by July 7, 2025, 4:00 PM PDT. Responses to all questions will be compiled and distributed to all prospective bidders who have requested the RFB. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process, and to award the contract to the bidder(s) deemed most advantageous to the District.
