NOTICE 30-DAY COMMENT PERIOD CITY OF LACEY Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Draft 2025-2027 Consolidated Plan/ 2025 Annual Action Plan NOTICE: In accordance with 24 CFR Part 91.105(b)(2), The City of Lacey (City) is seeking public comment on the draft CDBG 2025-2027 Consolidated Plan (Con Plan) and 2025 Annual Action Plan (AAP). The City is anticipated to receive $348,393 in CDBG dollars from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for program year 2025. The Con Plan is a three-year planning framework that describes needs, resources, priorities, and proposed activities to be undertaken with funding under the CDBG program. There is also a one-year AAP available for review. Based on community consultation, housing and homeless needs assessment, market analysis, and non-housing community needs assessment, the City has recommended the following as high priorities to be included in the CDBG 2025-2027 Con Plan: 1. Public Facilities and Infrastructure 2. Public Services A 30-day public review and comment period will be held from June 26 to July 25, 2025.
