Public Notice NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A CLASS I PERMIT APPLICATION BY SPEYSIDE INVESTMENTS CORP. FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A BOATLIFT AND ASSOCIATED BOARDING PLATFORM LOCATED AT 4575 SABAL PALM ROAD, MIAMI, MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA. BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS - MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Article IV, Division 1 of Chapter 24 of the Code of Miami-Dade County, the Board of County Commissioners of Miami-Dade County will hold and conduct a public hearing on Miami-Dade Legislative Item File Number 251209, a resolution taking action on a request by Speyside Investments, Corp. for a Class I permit for the removal of mooring and fender piles and the installation of a boatlift and associated boarding platform located at 4575 Sabal Palm Road, Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida. Such public hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in the Miami-Dade Commission Chambers, located on the second floor of the Stephen P. Clark Center, 111 NW First Street, Miami, Florida. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Interested parties may: 1. view a live broadcast of the Commission meeting in the lobby of the Stephen P. Clark Government Center, located on the first floor; 2. speak, where permissible, in the Miami-Dade Commission Chambers located on the second floor of the Stephen P.
