NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Commissioners ("Board") of the Omni Redevelopment District Community Redevelopment Agency ("CRA") will hold a Public Hearing on July 24th, 2025, at 9:30 am or anytime thereafter in the City Commission chambers located at Miami City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, FL 33133.
The Board will consider a Resolution, pursuant to Section 163.380 Florida
Statutes, authorizing the Executive Director to grant an easement ("Easement"), in a form acceptable to General Counsel, to the Florida Power & Light ("FP&L"), a Florida for-profit corporation, for a perpetual, non-exclusive twenty-one point three zero (21.30) foot-wide, four hundred ninety-six (496) square-foot
aboveground and underground easement area owned by the CRA, located at 1367 N Miami venue, Miami, Florida for the property commonly known as the historic Citizens Bank Building, Folio No. 01-3136-009-0220 (the "Property") for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, and operating all electric utilities facilities at the Property.
The CRA Board requests all interested parties be present or represented at the meeting. All such parties may be heard with respect to any proposition before the CRA Board, in which the Board may take action. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
