Proposers are expected to be familiar with the requirements established as part of the PROTECT Formula Program established for a Transportation Resilience Improvement Plan. The proposers will prepare a regional Transportation Resilience Improvement Plan (TRIP) which will be included as part of the update of the Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) that meets federal requirements.
