NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 10/27/2025, at the hour of 11:00 AM, Ada County Courthouse Front Steps, 200 West Front Street, Boise, ID 83702, the trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash in lawful money of the United States of America, all payable at the time of sale, the following described real property situated in the County of ADA, State of Idaho, and described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the quarter corner common to Sections 32 and 33, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, thence; South on the Section line between Sections 32 and 33, aforesaid, 316.6 feet to the Real Point of Beginning; thence continuing South on section line 550.8 feet; thence South 87°00' East 176.0 feet; thence North 03°00' East 198.9 feet; thence North 33°51' West 198.2 feet; thence North 00°31' East 170.5 feet; thence North 71°10' West 81.5 feet to the section line and the Real Point of Beginning.
