RE: Hazardous/Unsafe Conditions Order:# CE2407-0122
Dear Property Owner,
In accordance with the Manatee County Unsafe Structure Ordinance 2-6-16 thru 2-6-30, the Building Department has conducted an inspection of the property and structure(s) identified as:
8020 119th Avenue East, Parrish, FL. 34219
During this inspection, hazardous and/or unsafe conditions were found to exist which are detrimental to the health, safety and/or welfare of the general public.
Enclosed is a copy of the Manatee County Real Property Appraiser's Assessment, legal description, and Hazardous/Unsafe Conditions Order Specifications. These documents set forth the particulars associated with this Order, the posted Notice and any other remedial action necessary to achieve satisfactory compliance.
As determined by the Building Official, the following action is required to abate these conditions:
- Building or Structure Repaired: Repair to be as directed by the Order Specifications. Permits shall be issued, and repairs completed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notice.
181 Building or Structure Vacated: Building or structure shall be vacated: immediately.
181 Building or Structure Demolished: All demolition permits secured, and demolition commenced within thirty (30) days upon receipt of notice.

In addition, the Building Official may order the electrical power to be disconnected and/or initiate any other such emergency action as deemed necessary to insure the public health and safety. If such action has not commenced within, or been completed by, the time specified, an "Order to Vacate" will be issued and posted to prevent further occupancy until work is completed. Work may be ordered by the Building Official to be done and all costs incurred will be charged against the property or the owner of record. Should this occur and these costs are not paid within thirty (30) days of the billing date, a lien of all true cost will be recorded against the property.
The owner(s), lessee(s), mortgagee(s) or anyone having legal interest of the building, structure or property determined to be hazardous or unsafe may file a written appeal of such determination within thirty (30) days of legal service. The appeal shall then be submitted in writing to the Manatee County Building Official 1112 Manatee Avenue West Bradenton, FL 34205. Failure to appeal in the time specified will constitute a waiver of all rights to an administrative hearing.
