PUBLIC NOTICE ESTABLISHMENT OF BROWARD COUNTY'S OVERALL TRIENNIAL DBE GOALS FOR FISCAL YEARS 2026-2028. Broward County is proposing triennial Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program Goals for federally funded aviation and transit projects that will be solicited between Oct. 1, 2025 and Sept. 30, 2028. The proposed triennial DBE goal for Broward County aviation projects at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is 20% and that of North Perry Airport (HWO) is 32%. The proposed triennial DBE goal for Broward County transit projects is 7%. The respective methodologies for these three goals are available for public review at the Broward County Office of Economic and Small Business Development, located at 115 S. Andrews Ave., Room A680, Ft. Laud., FL 33301, M-F, from 8:30AM to 5PM. Broward County will accept comments on the DBE goals until July 18, 2025.
