BELLINGHAM CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Bellingham City Council will hold a Public Hearing on July 7, 2025 or as soon thereafter as possible during their Regular City Council meeting to take public comment on the following: Proposed resolution for the City to relinquish a portion of a general utility easement retained within vacated Otis Street and E Laurel Street as described in Ordinance 7207.
