NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Ordinance adopted by the Board of the Salida Sanitary District, the District's sewer service charges for the fiscal year 2025-2026 will be collected on the tax roll, and that pursuant thereto the Board has caused to be prepared and filed with the Secretary thereof a report containing the description of each parcel of real property receiving said services and the amount of the charge for each parcel for said year, computed in conformity with the charges prescribed by District Ordinance No. 2021-1, reference to which is made for further particulars.
NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that a public hearing on said report has been scheduled for July 10, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the District Administration Building, 6200 Pirrone Road, Salida, California. Objections or protests to said report may be filed with the Secretary of said Board in writing prior to said hearing at P.O. Box 445, Salida, California 95368, or may be presented in writing or orally at the time of said hearing.
