NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) LEGISLATIVE ADVOCACY SERVICES The City of Tumwater ("City") is requesting statements of qualifications in connection with legislative advocacy services. The Consultant's role will primarily be to develop and implement a legislative strategy for upcoming sessions in collaboration with City leadership and staff.
