Notice of Dissolution Pursuant to the provisions of Section 33-31-1408, Code of Laws of South Carolina 1976, as amended, notice is hereby given that Columbia Community Investment Fund (the "Corporation") has filed Articles of Dissolution with the Secretary of State of South Carolina. Any claim against the Corporation should be submitted in writing to the Corporation at 1737 Main Street, Columbia, South Carolina 29201. The written claim should contain the name, address, phone number, email, and facsimile number of the claimant, the amount of the claim and the basis upon which the claim is made. Any claim against the Corporation is barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after publication of this notice.
