BID DATE: July 8, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. Prevailing Time. 3. SCHEDULE: A. Due to federal funding timelines the University anticipates issuing a Letter of Intent to the apparent low bidder in late 2025 or January 2026 to procure PBB equipment, materials and submitting required paperwork. B. Anticipate issuing Full Notice to Proceed late spring/early summer of 2026. SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: Within 180 calendar days of the date of Notice to Proceed. FINAL COMPLETION DATE (completion of all punch list items): Within 30 calendar days of the date of Notice to Proceed. 4. PREBID CONFERENCE: A Non-Mandatory but strongly encouraged Prebid Conference will be held at 11:00 a.m. Prevailing Time, June 17, 2025, at The State College Regional Airport (UNV), in the Main Aviation Terminal, 2493 Fox Hill Rd, State College, PA 16803. Free parking is available at the General Aviation Terminal. 5.
