Public Notice TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, at its meeting held on the 3rd day of June, 2025, duly exercised its authority granted under and pursuant to Sections 336.09 and 336.10, Florida Statutes by adopting the following: Resolution No. R-517-25, Resolution No. R-518-25 and did thereby vacate, abandon, discontinue, close, renounce and disclaim any right of Miami-Dade County and the public in and to that certain public or private street, alley way, road, highway, or other place used or travel or portion thereof, lying, being and situate in Miami-Dade County, Florida, to wit: R-517-25 RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY, AS IDENTIFIED IN THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A, ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF NW 44 STREET WEST OF NW 31 AVENUE ALONG THE FRONTAGE OF THE PROPERTY OWNED BY LUTHER HARRISON LOCATED AT 4424 NW 31 AVENUE; WAIVING RESOLUTION NO. 7606 AS TO ITS REQUIREMENTS FOR A PETITION AND SIGNATURES, INVESTIGATION BY THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS, AND A REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION FROM THE COUNTY MAYOR OR COUNTY MAYOR’S DESIGNEE; AND WAIVING IMPLEMENTING ORDER NO. 4-41 AS TO ITS FEE FOR REVIEW OF ROAD CLOSING PETITIONS R-518-25 RESOLUTION GRANTING PETITION TO CLOSE SW 74 AVENUE FROM SW 64 STREET NORTH FOR APPROXIMATELY 555 FEET (VACATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY PETITION NO. P-999) FILED BY THE THOMAS G. WENSKI DIOCESE OF MIAMI, RETAINING A PERPETUAL NON-EXCLUSIVE UTILITY EASEMENT RIGHT; AND AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY MAYOR OR COUNTY MAYOR’S DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE PERPETUAL NON-EXCLUSIVE UTILITY EASEMENT AND TO EXERCISE ALL RIGHTS CONFERRED THEREIN For legal ads online, go to http://legalads.miamidade.gov
