ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed proposals will be received until 1:30 PM on July 10th, 2025 at Piedmont Community College Facilities Office, 1715 College Drive, Roxboro, NC 27573, in Building S Room 110, Attention to Ed Morrah, for the construction of the PCC Person County Campus Chiller Replacement, at which time and place bids will be opened. This project consists of replacement of the two (2) 145-ton water-cooled chillers (CH-1, CH-2) and associated cooling tower (CT-1) and pumps serving the campus with a single, 295-ton air-cooled chiller, two (2) new primary pumps (CHP-3, CHW-4), addition of new electrical service for the new 295-ton air-cooled chiller. An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, June 24th, 2025 at 1715 College Drive, Roxboro, NC 27573.
