RE-ADVERTISEMENT TO B I D D E R S Sealed proposals will be received by the University of North Carolina Asheville in Asheville NC, in the Sam Millar Facilities Complex, CPO 1100, 220 Campus Drive, Asheville, NC 28804 up to 3:00 pm June 24, 2025 and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of UNCA Swing Space II Ramsey Library/Lipinsky Hall University of North Carolina Asheville SCO PROJECT # 23-27193 -02B Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for alterations to the ground floor of Ramsey Library to move existing acoustical modular practice rooms (Wenger Units) from the ground floor of Lipinsky Hall to Ramsey. Also includes moving the speaker frame and acoustical room treatment from the mixing room of Lipinsky Hall to the ground floor of Ramsey Library and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Bids will be received for a Single Prime contract. All proposals shall be lump sum.
