Chapel Hill Town Council To Consider Conditional Zoning Application
The Chapel Hill Town Council will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at Town Hall, 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. to consider an agenda that includes the following application:
RE-OPEN A HEARING FOR CONDITIONAL ZONING: 200 SOUTH ELLIOTT ROAD (Planning Project CZD-24-4)
McAdams, on behalf of property owner SPIKE LLC, applied to rezone around 4 acres of land at 200 South Elliott Rd. Council previously heard this item on April 9, 2025, and the applicant has requested to re-open the hearing. The applicant proposes to demolish an existing building and construct a single building with approximately 335 residential units and commercial space. The rezoning affects parcels identified as Orange County PINs 9799-14-5239, 9799-14-2352, and 9799-14-0340. The proposed zoning district is Mixed Use-Village-Conditional Zoning District (MU-V-CZD).
