Notice of Availability Draft Environmental Assessment for Installation Development and Modernization Projects at Keesler Air Force Base, Biloxi, Mississippi Keesler Air Force Base (AFB) has prepared a draft environmental assessment (EA) as well as a draft finding of no significant impact (FONSI) and a draft finding of no practicable alternative (FONPA) for its installation development and modernization projects. The EA, in line with the National Environmental Policy Act, assesses the potential environmental and social effects of implementing 15 installation development and modernization projects at Keesler AFB. It considers the proposed action, Action Alternative and site options, and the No Action Alternative. The draft EA, draft FONSI, and draft FONPA are available for a 30-day review period on the Keesler AFB website at https://www.keesler.af.mil/about-us/resources/environmental-information/.
