NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE APPLICATION The Sacramento Area Sewer District (SacSewer) intends to file an application for federal financial assistance with the U. S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Rural Utilities Service. The project is a planning grant to cover a portion of Harvest Water's design costs for the Elk Grove Transmission Pipeline and the Franklin Eschinger Pipeline in southern Sacramento County.
