Public Notice Miami-Dade County Department of Transportation and Public Works Martin Luther King, Jr. (MLK) Plaza Metrorail Station Site Development Notice is hereby given that the Miami-Dade County Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) has scheduled a community meeting regarding the MLK Plaza Metrorail Station Site Development. The meeting will be held from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Office Plaza, 2nd Floor Conference Room, located at 2525 NW 62nd Street, Miami, FL 33147. The meeting will be conducted as an informal open house with a short presentation of the proposed project, including potential improvements as well as social, cultural, and environmental impacts, followed by requests for feedback from those in attendance. Our goal is for the meeting to be as informative and interactive as possible. Registration is not required to participate in person. NOTE: All meeting materials, including the presentation, will be available on the project website after the public meetings.
