NOTICE OF SALE
BY VIRTUE of a decree heretofore granted in the case of Pinnacle Bank, a Tennessee bank v. R & H Motor Group, Inc.; South Carolina Department of Revenue, C/A # 2024CP4602725, I, the undersigned Master in Equity for York County, South Carolina, will sell on July 7, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. or another date, thereafter as approved by the Court, at the Moss Justice Center, 1675 York Hwy #1D, York, SC 29745, to the highest bidder, the following described property:
ALL that certain parcel or tract of land, containing 1.41 acres, together with the
improvements thereon, as shown on a Map of Property of Tricounty Broadcasting
Co., dated March 17, 1987, by W.C. White, R.L.S., the same being a portion of
Lots 122, 123, 124, 125, 126, 28, and all of Lots 29, 30, 31, and 32, less a certain
portion of said property taken by the Highway Department for a new right-of-way
for Anderson Road all as shown on a Map of Gallant Park, the said property being
described according to the Map of Property of Tricounty Broadcasting Co. as
follows:
BEGINNING at an iron on the eastern side of Pineview Street which iron is
situate 200 feet north of the intersection of Tucker Street and Pineview Street, all
as shown on the plat aforesaid, thence N 16-45-48 E 18 feet to an iron; thence S
73-14-19 E 228.87 feet to a point; thence N 24-02-03 E 182.72 feet to a point;
thence N 77-44-03 E 104.28 feet to a point; thence S 73-14-03 E 133.35 feet to an iron on the western side of the new highway right-of-way for Anderson Road
(U.S. Highway #21 By-Pass); thence with said right-of-way S 14-35-58 W 250
feet to a point; thence leaving said highway N 73-14-27 W 485.97 feet to the
point of beginning.
This being the same property conveyed to R & H Motor Group, Inc. by Deed
from Carl S. Fisher, by his Agent John Kelly Fisher (Durable Power of Attorney
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for York County, South Carolina in
Book 12986 at Page 100) dated September 2, 2021 and recorded on September 2,
2021 in Book 19568 at Page 97 in the Office of the Clerk of Court for York
County, South Carolina.

THIS SALE IS SUBJECT TO ASSESSMENTS, TAXES, EASEMENTS AND
RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD AND OTHER ENCUMBRANCES, IF ANY.
TERMS OF SALE: The successful bidder, other than the Plaintiff, is required to deposit 5% of the bid, in cash or equivalent, as evidence of good faith. The deposit will be applied towards the purchase price unless the bidder defaults, in which case the deposit will be forfeited. If the successful bidder fails, or refuses, to make the required deposit, or comply with his bid within 20 days, then the property will be resold at the bidder's risk. A personal or deficiency judgment being waived by Plaintiff, the sale shall close on the Sales Day. Purchaser to pay for documentary stamps on the Deed.
