NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY THE NORTH RIVER RANCH IMPROVEMENT STEWARDSHIP DISTRICT In accordance with Chapter 120, Florida Statutes and Chapter 2020-191, Laws of Florida, the North River Ranch Improvement Stewardship District ("District") hereby gives notice of its intent to adopt rules relating to parking and parking enforcement. The purpose and effect of the rules is to provide for efficient and effective operations of the District by setting policies, rates and fees to implement the provisions of Chapter 2020-191(6)(20), Laws of Florida. Specific legal authority for the rule includes Sections 6(20)(2) and 6(6)(e) of Chapter 2020-191, Laws of Florida and Sections 120.54, and 120.81, Florida Statutes. A public hearing will be conducted by the District on July 17, 2025, at 1:15 p.m. at 8141 Lakewood Main Street, Bradenton, Florida 34202.
