CITY OF ROCK HILL PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY OF ROCK HILL ZONING ORDINANCE The City of Rock Hill Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider recommendations to City Council on proposed amendments to the City of Rock Hill Zoning Ordinance at their meeting on Tuesday, July 1, 2025. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 155 Johnston Street. The proposed amendments to be heard and considered for recommendation to City Council are: MAP AMENDMENTS M-2025-09 Petition by Jacky Properties, LLC to rezone approximately 2.11 acres at 171, 183, and 197 Glenwood Dr. from Office and Institutional (OI) to Master Plan-Residential (MP-R). Tax Parcels 594-01-03-014, -008, and -011. M-2025-12 Petition by 742 North Anderson, LLC to annex and rezone approximately 2 acres at 742 and 745 N. Anderson Rd. from Urban Development (UD) in York County to Limited Commercial (LC) and Design Overlay District (DOD). Tax Parcels 664-00-00-005 & 664-00-00-030.
