WHATCOM COUNTY NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AN AGRICULTURAL SHORT SUBDIVISION Notice is hereby given that on March 26, 2025, Heather Mussard applied for an Agricultural Short Subdivision under case number SSS2025-00003 to authorize the Agricultural Subdivision of an 18.86-acre parent parcel into a 3-acre Farmstead Parcel and 16.86-acre Agricultural Parcel at the subject property. As proposed, the 3-acre Farmstead Parcel will contain two existing shop buildings and an existing single-family residence.
