ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel or lot of land lying and being situate in the State of South Carolina, County of York, Kings Mountain Township, in Sanders Landing subdivision, on Brandy Creek Court, containing 1.81 acres, more or less, and designated as Lot 90, Sanders Landing, Phase 4, and being fully shown and described on a plat entitled, "Final Plat - Phase 4, Tracts 69 - 101 Sanders Landing", prepared by Joseph A. Gray, S.C. P.L.S., dated September 16, 2021, recorded September 23, 2021, in Plat Book 167 at page 402 in the Office of the Clerk of Court for York County, which plat is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by this reference and having such metes, bounds, courses and distances as will appear by referring to said plat.
THIS BEING the same property conveyed unto Constructing Up, LLC by virtue of a Deed from May Green Properties, LLC dated October 28, 2021 and recorded November 2, 2021 in Book RB 19733 at Page 181 in the Office of the Clerk of Court for York County, South Carolina.

TERMS OF SALE: For cash. Interest at the current rate of 24% to be paid on balance of bid from date of sale to date of compliance. The purchaser to pay for papers and stamps, and that the successful bidder or bidders, other than the Plaintiff therein, will, upon the acceptance of his or her bid, deposit with the Master-in-Equity for York County a certified check or cash in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of bid on said premises at the sale as evidence of good faith in bidding, and subject to any resale of said premises under Order of this Court; and in the event the said purchaser or purchasers fail to comply with the terms of sale within Twenty (20) days, the Master-in-Equity for York County shall forthwith resell the said property, after the due notice and advertisement, and shall continue to sell the same each subsequent sales day until a purchaser, who shall comply with the terms of sale, shall be obtained, such sales to be made at the risk of the former purchaser. Plaintiff may waive any of its rights, including its right to a deficiency judgment, prior to sale. Sold subject to taxes and assessments, existing easements and restrictions of record. Neither the Court, nor Plaintiff, nor Plaintiff's counsel makes any warranty of title or representations with regard to the condition or existence of any improvements on the subject property.
