ALL THAT certain piece, parcel or lot of land with all improvements thereon, lying, being and situate in the County of York, State of South Carolina, at the intersection of Chestnut and Stonewall Street, fronting on Stonewall Street 50 feet and extending back on Chestnut Street 143 feet; being part of Lots 7, 8 and 9 on a certain plat of property H.H. White and B.J. White, made by Miller and White Surveyors, dated 1933; being bounded South by Chestnut Street, East by Stonewall Street, and North and West by other property now or formerly of H.H. White, and B.J. White, and being the identical premises described in deed from John F. Bradley to Sarah T. Bradley dated September 20, 1969, recorded September 26, 1969 in Book 394, page 505.
THIS BEING the same property conveyed unto Emilee Anne Parsons by virtue of a Deed from StudioM360, LLC, dated December 12, 2019, and recorded December 17, 2019, in Book RB 17969 at Page 338 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for York County, South Carolina.

TERMS OF SALE: For cash. Interest at the current rate of 4.25% to be paid on balance of bid from date of sale to date of compliance. The purchaser to pay for papers and stamps, and that the successful bidder or bidders, other than the Plaintiff therein, will, upon the acceptance of his or her bid, deposit with the Master-in-Equity for York County a certified check or cash in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of bid on said premises at the sale as evidence of good faith in bidding, and subject to any resale of said premises under Order of this Court; and in the event the said purchaser or purchasers fail to comply with the terms of sale within Twenty (20) days, the Master-in-Equity for York County shall forthwith resell the said property, after the due notice and advertisement, and shall continue to sell the same each subsequent sales day until a purchaser, who shall comply with the terms of sale, shall be obtained, such sales to be made at the risk of the former purchaser. Since a personal or deficiency judgment is waived, the bidding will not remain open but compliance with the bid may be made immediately. Plaintiff may waive any of its rights prior to sale. Sold subject to taxes and assessments, existing easements and restrictions of record. Neither the Court, nor Plaintiff, nor Plaintiff's counsel makes any warranty of title or representations with regard to the condition or existence of any improvements on the subject property. Prospective bidders may wish to assess these matters to their satisfaction prior to sale.
