PLN2025-0011- COUCO CREEK – Request to establish a biogas pipeline injection site on a 307± ac. parcel in the Gen. Ag. (A-2-40) zoning district. Biogas from an on-site anaerobic dairy digester & two off-site digesters will be trucked to the project site & off-loaded into a PG&E natural gas pipeline on-site. The project site is located @ 3426 S. Commons Rd. and 0 Faith Home Rd., btwn W. Harding and Bradbury Rds., in the Turlock area. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a CEQA Neg.
