Old Carriage Road, Rocky Mount, NC, until 3:00 pm., on Thursday, July, 17, 2025 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bids shall be reviewed by the Owner for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the Outdoor Classroom. Bidders shall be advised of the results. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract.
