Clark Government Center, 111 N.W. First Street, Miami, Florida, 33128, on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. Among other matters, the second reading of the ordinance listed below will be considered at this meeting: • ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE RAPID TRANSIT ZONE (RTZ) ZONING DISTRICT; AMENDING SECTION 33C-2 OF THE CODE OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY; PROVIDING FOR PROCEDURES AND PROCESSES RELATED TO THE PAYMENT AND COLLECTION OF IMPACT FEES WITHIN MUNICIPALITIES; PROVIDING SEVERABILITY, INCLUSION IN THE CODE, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE The second reading of this ordinance is subject to the Transportation Committee forwarding this ordinance for the Board’s consideration following public hearing at the Transportation Committee meeting on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Interested parties may: (1) All interested parties may appear at the times and places specified in accordance with the Board’s Rules of Procedure. (2) view a live broadcast of the Committee meeting in the lobby of the Stephen P. Clark Government Center, located on the first floor; (3) speak, where permissible, in the Miami-Dade Commission Chambers located on the second floor of the Stephen P.
