ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bid proposals will be received and opened at the HITT Contracting SBI project site office, located at 3320 Garner Road Raleigh NC 27610, from Tuesday July 29, 2025 thru Monday August 4, 2025 for the construction of the new NC State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) Headquarters, Logistics, and the renovation of the existing SBI Building 12. This project will include the construction of a new 73,000 SF 3-level Headquarters Building, a new 14,000 SF single-level Logistics Building, the renovation of the 17,000 SF existing Building 12, and the associated sitework.
