NOTICE OF SPECIAL WORKSHOP OF LAKEWOOD RANCH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS 2, 5, & 6 The Boards of Supervisors of the Lakewood Ranch Community Development Districts 2, 5, & 6 will hold a special workshop regarding the discussion of the Proposed Roundabout Construction at the Intersection of University Parkway, Legacy Boulevard, and Deer Drive with representatives from Schroeder-Manatee Ranch (SMR), Thursday, July 24th, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lakewood Ranch Town Hall, 8175 Lakewood Ranch Boulevard, Lakewood Ranch, Florida 34202. The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The workshop may be continued as necessary to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the subject workshop. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will be participating by telephone or other communications media technology (CMT).
