PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the City of North Miami Beach Planning & Zoning Board shall consider the following public hearing item(s): A request to approve a development site plan application, conditions, and one (1) variance for the construction of two ten (10) story multi-family buildings with a total of no more than 293 residential dwelling units, one nine (9) level parking structure with 419 spaces, and associated amenities generally located east of NE 20th Place between NE 140th Street and north of Highland Drive.
