Notice to Bidders Blum Construction has been selected as the CMAR by Iredell County and will receive and publicly open sealed proposals from prequalified bidders for the construction or the Iredell Co Farmers Market project in Troutman, NC. Sealed bids will be delivered to the Iredell Co Government Center (200 S. Center Street, Statesville, NC 28687) and then read aloud. The goal of this project is to allocate space on the existing Iredell County Fairgrounds for a new Regional Farmers Market in Troutman, NC. This phase of the project will include the setting of the PEMB market, which will include spaces for roughly 30 vendor stalls, restrooms, concessions, storage areas, and conference room & office spaces. Site specific work will include demolition, earthwork & utilities, paving, and landscaping.
