T H I S I S A N I N - P E R S O N M E E T I N G APPLICANT: FRANK OSUNA Z2024000141 The application is to allow an existing single-family residence with a covered roof addition to be located closer to the interior property line than required by code. The application also seeks to allow an existing detached covered canopy structure to be located closer to the interior and front property lines than required by code. Additionally, the application is to allow an existing detached gazebo to be located closer to the interior property line than required by code. Furthermore, the applicant is requesting to permit a boat larger in size than permitted by code.
