The aforementioned plans are on file and may be examined in the Information Section of the Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources. SUBJECT PROPERTY: The West ½ of Section 4, Township 52 South, Range 40 East of CHAM- BERS LAND COMPANY SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 27 of the Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida, lying West of Interstate 75 (SR #93) and lying Northwest of Florida’s Turnpike (SR #821), including related right-of-ways for N.W. 194th Street, vacated by Resolution No. R-936-10 dated September 21, 2010, and including related rights-of-ways for N.W. 97th Avenue vacated per Resolution No. 1149-10 dated December 7, 2010, less the North 130 feet of said Section 4 for Canal right-of-way.
