Additionally, the application also seeks to allow an existing detached gazebo structure to be located closer to the interior side property line than required by Code. (1) NON-USE VARIANCE to permit an existing single-family residence to setback a minimum of 2.5’ (7.5’ required) from the interior side (west) property line. (2) NON-USE VARIANCE to permit an existing detached gazebo structure to setback a minimum of 6.7’ (7.5’ required) from the interior side (west) property line.
