PUBLIC NOTICE SUBSTANTIAL COMPLIANCE ADVERTISEMENT Pursuant to Section 33-310.1.A(I) of the Code of Miami-Dade County, the Assistant Director of the Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources has approved the following Substantial Compliance Determination: D2025000015: Substantial Compliance Determination for Taco Bell of America LLC., for a property located 7200 SW 117 Avenue, in unincorporated Miami-Dade County, Florida. Plans entitled “Taco Bell Redevelopment”, by Thomas Engineering, and consisting of ten (10) sheets dated stamped received June 5, 2025, were found to be substantially in accordance by the Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources with previous plans approved pursuant to Resolution 4-ZAB-362-84, passed and adopted by passed and adopted by the Metropolitan Dade County Zoning Appeals Board on September 26, 1984. Any property owner in the area may appeal a decision by filing an appeal for an administrative decision application on or before November 25, 2025.
