NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Habitat for Humanity of Putnam, Inc. Habitat for Humanity of Putnam, Inc. (HFHP) will soon solicit bids from qualified, licensed Georgia contractors for the construction of six (6) new single-family homes in Putnam County, Georgia. This project is funded through the Community Home Investment Program (CHIP), administered by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs with funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, December 10th, 2026 at 10am at the HFHP Office located at 866 Harmony Road, Eatonton, GA 31024. Project details, bid documents, and federal requirements will be provided at this meeting. Only contractors who attend will be eligible to submit a bid.
