CITY OF ATWATER NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Atwater on June 22, 2026, at 6:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as may be heard, in the City Council Chambers located at 750 Bellevue Road, Atwater, California, to consider adopting the following: Approval of General Plan Amendment 25-21-0300 and a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment No. 25-21-0200 to support the development of an approximately 8,000 sq. ft. single-story medical office building and site improvements expanding an existing Commercial Office use located at 1775 3rd Street, Atwater (APNs 002-132-021, 022, 024 and 025). All interested persons are encouraged to attend and participate in the meeting or they may submit written comments to the City Clerk.
